Prime Enterprise is an interaction design studio. Prime offers web design + development, with a focus on the user experience process. We also specialize in small to mid-sized business managed IT support services. This includes workstation setup/repair, network infrastructure design and support, server deployment and maintenance, and remote monitoring of all systems.

Information Systems covers a wide-range of services and solutions. An initial (free) consultation is required so that we can best estimate how we can help your business. Our services can be broken down into 3 main areas:
Web and Application Development.
We can provide your business with all the tools it needs to maintain an online presence so that you can better reach out to your customers. We carefully craft user interfaces for the web by bringing together artistic creativity and scientific research. We love the challenges involved developing simple, effective, and graceful systems.
Network Systems and Security.
This includes installation of networking components such as switches, routers, cabling, and devices attached to the network (PCs, printers, scanners.) We engage in strict security protocols to protect your data from outside access. We set up and monitor your critical system backups. We can manage all your server requirements, whether you're running Windows Server 2003/08 with Active Directory or a UNIX LDAP-configuration. File servers, print servers, authentication servers and all - we've got you covered.
Technical Support and Help Desk services.
Prime can manage the physical and remote maintenance of your computer systems. This includes emergency repairs when you need it the most; hardware upgrades; software installation / support; consultative recommendations and advice to keep your systems running efficiently.
